Quality Policy

In the scope of the general requirements standard TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 for the competence of test and calibration laboratories, the İzdemir Enerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş Laboratory aims to follow an impartial, fast, effective, continuous, accurate, stable, reliable and independent policy in accordance with current legislation and quality requirements in accordance with its plans and goals. In this context, İzdemir undertakes to provide service to its customers and the administration to which it reports, at a level and quality that meets the requirements of National and International Standards.

 

The İzdemir Enerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. Laboratory Management is committed to-


  • Ensuring that all personnel read and understand the Quality Policy and Objectives and comply with these policies and objectives,
  • Ensuring the full participation of employees with awareness for team spirit to achieve the goals and objectives of the laboratory and creating the necessary working environment accordingly,
  • Correctly analyzing current and future shareholder expectations to ensure satisfaction at the highest level,
  • Working in compliance with laws, regulations and professional ethics rules,
  • Ensuring that customers' confidential information and registered rights are protected, and analysis results are kept and sent securely,
  • Not transferring customers' information to third parties without the written permission of the customers,
  • Ensuring all personnel adopt and implement quality policies and understand their responsibilities, and making sure that they are kept away from all kinds of internal/external pressures and influences that may negatively affect the quality of the work they do and the decisions they make,
  • Ensuring that personnel participate in domestic and international training in order to meet the demands of customers, in the framework of relevant legislation,
  • Providing employees with the necessary training, participation, encouragement, motivation and communication in order to increase their competencies,
  • Making sure that personnel at all levels are not involved in any practice that could jeopardize or weaken the competence, honesty and integrity of the company,
  • Organizing the necessary preliminary work to ensure technical competence in the purchase of all kinds of goods and services that affect the quality of the tests/analyses performed,
  • Fulfilling responsibilities regarding the development and implementation of the quality management system and the continuous improvement and effectiveness of the management system,
  • Always being open to innovations without compromising on quality and adopting continuous improvement and production excellence at every point as our basic philosophy,
  • Being an organization that has adopted the understanding of reliability, honesty, impartiality, confidentiality, continuous improvement and being scientific with the quality of the duties it undertakes and the services it provides,
