Solar Energy Plant (SEP)

The project for an SEP (Solar Energy Plant), a form of energy that is being used more throughout the world to diversify energy production sources, was started by İZDEMİR ENERJİ ELEKTRİK ÜRETİM A.Ş. in the Salihli and Kula districts of Manisa province on land with a 150 MWe production volume. Within the scope of the production volume in question, a positive EIA report was received from the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change.

The 1st phase of the project has a power of 24.1MWe, and the 2nd phase has a power of 51MWe and consists of a high-efficiency monocrystalline topcon bifacial solar panel module. The connection agreement on the projects has been approved by the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources and has entered into force.

Among the solar power investment projects, the 24.1 MWe installed power plant is planned to be completed by the end of the second quarter of 2024, and the 51 MWe installed power plant is planned to be completed by the end of the third quarter of 2024.
