Born in Dörtyol District of Hatay Province in 1985, Hüseyin BAŞTUĞ graduated from Sabancı University's Department of Management Sciences in 2007. He completed his Master's degree in Political Science at Sabancı University in 2009. Between 2008 and 2012, he served as a member of the Board of Directors of İzmir Demir Çelik San. A.Ş., and was appointed to the Executive Board in 2012. Currently, Hüseyin BAŞTUĞ continues to serve as a member of the Executive Board of İzmir Demir Çelik San. A.Ş., and also holds Executive Board positions at Şahin Şirketler Grubu Holding A.Ş., and Board of Directors positions at İDÇ Denizcilik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., İDÇ Liman İşletmeleri A.Ş., NPORT Denizcilik A.Ş., and Akdemir Çelik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.

Born in 1980 in Iskenderun district of Hatay province, Serkan ŞAHİN graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of International Relations in 2002 and completed his Master's degree in Business Administration at Kent University in 2004. Between 2008 and 2012, he served as a member of the Board of Directors of İzmir Demir Çelik San. A.Ş., and was appointed to the Executive Board in 2012. Currently, Serkan ŞAHİN continues to serve as a member of the Executive Board of İzmir Demir Çelik San. A.Ş., and also holds positions as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Agora Sigorta Aracılık Hizmetleri A.Ş., Board Member of Akdemir Çelik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., İDÇ Liman İşletmeleri A.Ş., NPORT Denizcilik A.Ş., and İDÇ Denizcilik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., and Executive Board Member of Şahin Şirketler Grubu Holding A.Ş..

Born in Iskenderun in 1992, Selin Şahin Şekerli graduated from the Business University of Costa Rica with a degree in Economics in 2021. Appointed as a member of the Executive Board of İzmir Demir Çelik Sanayi A.Ş. by the Board of Directors in 2020, Selin Şahin Şekerli also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Agora Sigorta Aracılık Hizmetleri A.Ş. and as a member of the Executive Board of Şahin Şirketler Grubu Holding A.Ş..

Born in Adana in 1970, Feyyaz YAZAR graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences in 1994 as the top student in his faculty. Following competitive examinations, he was appointed first in his class to the Board of Accountants of the Ministry of Finance in 1995. He was appointed as an Accountant in 1998 and as Chief Accountant in 2005 by a tripartite decree. Between 2004 and 2006, he completed a double Master's degree in Accounting and an MBA at Martin Tennessee University. He graduated second in his class from Atılım University, Faculty of Law in 2013, having entered in 2010. He completed a two-year associate degree program in Human Resources Management at Anadolu University's Department of Management and Organization in 2022. Between 2007 and 2011, he served as Group Head and OECD Transfer Pricing Turkey Delegate at the Revenue Administration of the Ministry of Finance; and between 2011 and 2012, he worked as Global Transfer Pricing Director at KPMG. He holds a Lawyer's License, Mediation Certificate, Certified Public Accountant Certificate, Corporate Governance Rating Expert Certificate, Capital Market Independent Auditor License, Capital Markets Advanced License, Public Oversight Authority Independent Auditor Certificate, SEGEM Technical Personnel Qualification Certificate, and Public Oversight Authority Sustainability Assurance Auditor Certificate. He has been working as the Deputy General Manager (Financial Affairs) at İzmir Demir Çelik Sanayi A.Ş. since July 2012 and is also a member of the Executive Board. He also serves as a Member of the Executive Board and Deputy General Manager at İzdemir Enerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş., Deputy General Manager responsible for Financial Coordination (Financial Affairs) at Akdemir Çelik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. and İDÇ Liman İşletmeleri A.Ş., Deputy General Manager at Agora Sigorta Aracılık Hizmetleri A.Ş., and Legal and Financial Affairs Officer at Şahin Koç Çelik Sanayi A.Ş. and Şahin Şirketler Grubu Holding A.Ş..
