ETHICAL PRİNCİPLES AND CODE OF CONDUCT PROCEDURE
PURPOSE
The purpose of this procedure is to establish the framework of fundamental rules that must be followed regarding the use of company resources and information, company values, conflicts of interest, and relationships with other organizations by employees of İzdemir Enerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. as they perform their duties and responsibilities; to protect and enhance the company’s corporate identity; and to prevent any disputes, conflicts of interest, and ethical violations that may arise between the company and its employees, business partners, customers, etc. and the company.
SCOPE
The Company’s core values and principles guide our code of business ethics and form the foundation of our expectations, standards, and ethical practices that underpin all our business relationships and transactions. The “Ethical Principles and Code of Conduct” sets forth the rules and principles regarding work conduct that our employees must adhere to while performing their duties.
IMPLEMENTATION
All of the Company’s activities are conducted in accordance with the general principles set forth below. All Company employees must act in accordance with these general principles in their relationships with customers, suppliers, shareholders, and other stakeholders. In cases of conduct involving compliance with or violations of ethical principles and rules of conduct, the Labor Law No. 4857, relevant laws, and other obligations and regulations (Regulations, Procedures, etc.) shall apply.

We accept and give gifts in accordance with our Ethical Principles and Code of Conduct.
We comply with the competition rules established by law and compete with our rivals in a manner that does not distort market conditions.
We prioritize customer satisfaction and are always considerate and honest toward our customers and consumers.
We exercise the utmost care in the accurate preparation of company information, assets, and records; we protect them in accordance with the principle of confidentiality and do not use them for personal gain.
In all our activities, we consider the public interest, act with respect for the environment, and fulfill all our responsibilities.
Both at work and in our social lives outside the workplace, we adopt a lifestyle that does not create a negative perception of the company.
At work and on the job, we aim to fully ensure occupational health and safety.
