CORPORATE COMMUNİCATİONS / COMPLAİNTS / SUGGESTİONS POLİCY
1. PURPOSE
To achieve our Sustainable Strategic Development Goals, the thoughts, suggestions, and feedback both positive and negative of all our employees and stakeholders regarding our company are key factors in shaping our roadmap. The purpose of this Policy is to address the needs of the employees of İzdemir Enerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. (“the Company”), all subcontractor employees within the facility premises, and all parties covered by this policy; to enhance the effectiveness and reliability of the Company’s internal control system; and to foster a sense of belonging by ensuring the management of requests, complaints, and suggestions that may arise as a result of facility operations.
In the event that any inappropriate situations, behaviors, etc. which violate the Company’s rules and procedures, policies, or applicable laws; are irregular; or have the potential to harm the Company’s sustainable corporate governance mechanisms, business relationships, operations, employees, subcontractor employees, and parties covered by this policy are observed, To enable Company employees, subcontractor employees, and individuals covered by this policy to report such inappropriate situations without requiring approval from senior management or supervisors, and to manage requests, reports, complaints, and suggestions that may arise due to facility operations, take necessary measures, and evaluate such suggestions.
However, since the evaluation of requests, reports, complaints, and suggestions outlined in this policy is subject to a specific process, matters requiring immediate intervention and assistance are excluded from the scope of this policy; for urgent matters, the company’s assistance hotlines which can yield results as quickly as possible must be used to contact the relevant parties.
2. SCOPE
This policy covers
- The employees of İzdemir Enerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş.,
- All of the Company’s production and auxiliary facilities,
- And personnel specified in contracts with customers, suppliers, contractors, subcontractors, and other organizations.
3. METHOD AND REQUIREMENTS
- All employees at the administrative headquarters and on the factory premises may submit their requests, complaints, and suggestions after logging into the HR Web application online. Suppliers, contractors, and temporary staff may submit their complaints and suggestions via the forms available in the “Contact Us” section of the Company’s website at www.izdemirenerji.com.
- All employees may submit reports and complaints in accordance with the “Code of Ethics and Conduct Procedure” using the communication channels specified in the procedure.
- The identities of those making reports are kept confidential unless they request otherwise, and their protection is ensured.
- The Board of Directors commits to fulfilling the requirements outlined in this policy and expects Company employees to do the same.
