CORPORATE SOCİAL RESPONSİBİLİTY POLİCY

İzdemir Enerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. (the “Company”) operates in accordance with the principle of sustainable growth as it works toward its goal of becoming a global power; it conducts its operations while fulfilling its economic, social, and environmental responsibilities. It manages its operations with a clear awareness of its responsibilities toward both its internal stakeholders its employees and all external stakeholders with whom it interacts throughout its operations.

As part of Corporate Social Responsibility Management;

To operate within the framework of financial discipline and accountability, and to manage our company’s resources and assets efficiently and prudently;
To provide our shareholders, the public, and relevant parties with timely, accurate, complete, and understandable information regarding our financial statements, strategies, investments, and risks;
To take responsibility for social development,
To establish good relations with the local community and residents in the surrounding area affected by our operations,
To take into account the needs and demands of the local community in the regions where we operate,
To ensure that channels (reports, complaints, suggestions, etc.) through which all our stakeholders can provide feedback are functional,
To implement the best production and environmental solutions beyond legal requirements and to support any initiative that promotes environmental awareness,
To fulfill our social and environmental responsibilities toward society in all regions where we operate through harmonious cooperation with our stakeholders, the public, and civil society organizations.
