Born in Dörtyol district of Hatay province in 1976, Selim ŞAHİN graduated from Pace University of New York City, Department of Business Administration in 1999. Between October 17, 2005 and May 15, 2006, he served as a Board Member at İzmir Demir Çelik Sanayi A.Ş., and between May 15, 2012 and June 5, 2013, he served as a Member of the Executive Board. Since July 4, 2022, he has been serving as a Member of the Executive Board. He also holds the positions of Vice Chairman and CEO of İzdemir Enerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş., and a Member of the Executive Board of Şahin Şirketler Grubu Holding A.Ş. Furthermore, Selim ŞAHİN serves as a Board Member of the Turkish Steel Producers Association.

Born in 1962 in Payas, Dörtyol District, Hatay, Ahmet Baştuğ graduated from Payas High School in 1977. He began his professional life in 1977 at Şahin Nakliyat, becoming a partner in 1983. He worked in the transportation sector until 1991, serving as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Atakaş – Şahin Kömür Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., Board Member at Atakaş – Şahin Liman Hizmetleri A.Ş., Board Member at Şahin Metalurji Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., and Vice Chairman of the Executive Board at İzmir Demir Çelik Sanayi A.Ş. Ahmet Baştuğ currently serves as a Board Member of İzmir Demir Çelik Sanayi A.Ş., Chairman of the Board of Directors of İDÇ Liman İşletmeleri A.Ş., Chairman of the Board of Directors of Karbeyaz Çimento Madencilik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., Chairman of the Board of Directors of Agora Sigorta Aracılık Hizmetleri A.Ş., and Şahin Koç Çelik Sanayi A.Ş. Born in Şanlıurfa in 1965, Mahmut Nedim KOÇ was involved in the manufacturing and trading of iron and steel products from 1986 to 1993. In 1993, he was a founding partner and manager of Koç Haddecilik Teks.İnş ve Tic A.Ş., and since 2004, he has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dagi Giyim Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. He also holds the positions of Chairman of the Board of Directors at Eros Tekstil İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., Hacı Eyyüp KOÇ Foundation, and MNK Girişim Holding A.Ş., and serves as a Board Member at Akdemir Çelik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., İzmir Demir Çelik Sanayi A.Ş., NPORT Denizcilik A.Ş., and İDÇ Denizcilik Sanayi ve Tic..

Born in 1954 in Derik district of Mardin province, Ahmet H. Gökdemir completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in Iskenderun and graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1978. He began practicing law independently in Iskenderun in 1979, registered with the Hatay Bar Association. Between 1980 and 1998, he also served as a contracted lawyer for the Regional Directorate of the Turkish Agricultural Equipment Corporation. From 2000 to 2008, he established Gökdemir Law Partnership and continued his practice in Iskenderun. During this period, he served as a member of the Hatay Bar Association's Board of Directors and Disciplinary Board, as well as a contracted lawyer for the Sümerbank/Oyak Bank Iskenderun Branch and the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund. He also acted as an expert witness and bankruptcy commissioner in civil courts. Since 2009, he has been registered with the Izmir Bar Association. He served as an Independent Board Member of İzmir Demir Çelik Sanayi A.Ş. between May 2012 and April 2018. He speaks Arabic and English.

Born in 1965, Deniz Tamer Mülayim completed his high school education at İzmir Atatürk High School and graduated from the Department of Business Administration at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Dokuz Eylül University in 1986. He currently serves as an Independent Board Member at İzmir Demir Çelik Sanayi A.Ş. Mr. Mülayim is fluent in English.
