Our company's latest capital increase, within the registered capital ceiling of 2.500.000.000 TL (Two billion five hundred million Turkish Lira), involved increasing the issued capital of 575.000.000 TL (Five hundred seventy-five million Turkish Lira) by %325 to 2.443.750.000 TL in 2024, entirely funded from internal resources.
