Donation And Aid Policy

Within the framework of Capital Market and other legislation, and in the context of fulfilling social responsibilities, donations, aid, and sponsorships may be made for humanitarian, cultural, educational, artistic, health, and similar purposes, provided that they comply with the relevant legislation.

• The upper limit for donations and aid is determined by the General Assembly for each calendar year.
• Details of the donations made are presented to the shareholders at the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of the relevant year.
